The software cannot be run on my computer, what is the
problem? |
 |
Please check if your computer includes the required
hardware (CPU: 2.0G or better; Memory: more than 256M;
Display Card: more than 64M). Please also check if you
computer has been installed DirectX8.1 and its higher
version. |

I cannot enter the main interface for a long time after
I start the software.
|

Please check first if your CPU usage has been 100%. If
yes, you have to wait for a while. If not, please check
if there is any problem with you hardware or operation
system. |

I found
there are a lot of functions I cannot use after I
enter the main interface. |
|
|
This usually happens when you are not given the
authority to access those functions. You need to use a
more authorized user name to login to the system. |

I enter the main interface without using any
user-name, however, some of the functions are not
available. |
 |
If the login window is opened for more than 30 seconds
given no user name/password, the system will
automatically log in with the identification of GUEST.
If the user wants to login by his/her own account,
he/she could easily click the exit button, selecting
“Entering the System”, and input the name and password. |

When entered the software, the preview display is
blur, or hardly display the picture. |

Please check you display card configuration to see if it
includes more than 64M memory. Please check if the
version of DirectX 8.1 and its higher. |

When I
open the audio preview, I cannot here any sound. |

Please check if the audio cable is in good condition,
and if the specific channel has audio output. |

There is no sound when I replay. |

Please check what kind of record stream method has been
chosen for your recording. We have provided with choices
of video stream, audio stream, video and audio stream.
Have you chosen one with audio stream? |

The client end cannot be connected to the host
computer. |
 |
Please check if you have connected the client end to the
host computer according to the operation manual. If not,
please refer to : The connection of client end and the
host computer. |
